About HLDHub

Operators who already shipped the playbook we sell.

HLDHub is the productized arm of a portfolio that runs ten live franchise sites, a peptide e-commerce brand and a corporate franchisor — every one of them ranking on programmatic SEO and GEO infrastructure we built ourselves. We do not test ideas on you. The agents, schema graphs, indexing pipelines and citation playbooks we deploy are battle-tested across ten states and three languages. Then we hand them to brands ready to compound.

What we believe about organic growth in 2026

Three theses drive every engagement. We won't take the work if a prospect rejects them outright — not because we are inflexible, but because the math doesn't compound otherwise.

  • Search is bifurcating, not dying

Gartner forecasts a 25% drop in traditional search volume by 2027. The volume isn't disappearing — it migrates to generative answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude). Brands cited inside those answers will own the next decade. Brands optimizing only for blue-link rankings will not.

  • Content velocity beats content perfection

Sites that publish twenty validated, schema-correct, demographically-distinct pages a month outperform sites that publish one hundred boilerplate pages in a sprint and go silent. Google's helpful-content and freshness signals reward sustained editorial cadence, not bursts. We ship on cron.

  • Schema is the new sitemap

Google's knowledge graph and every retrieval-augmented LLM resolve answers over entities, not keywords. A complete schema graph (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Person, FAQPage, ItemList, BreadcrumbList) with stable @id cross-references makes your brand machine-readable. Without it, you are a bag of strings competing on volume.

How we work

Every engagement, regardless of which productized service you book, follows the same operating cadence.

  1. PHASE 1

Diagnose. Read-only access to GSC, GA4, Semrush, GBP, Bing Webmaster. We crawl, query and reconcile against log files until every contradiction is resolved. Output: severity-scored backlog with traffic-impact estimated against actual click loss data.

  2. PHASE 2

Architect. Tier-based pillar plan, GEO citability blueprint, schema graph design, indexing workflow, content-agent voice tuning, GBP categorization, hreflang map. Signed off in writing before we ship a single page.

  3. PHASE 3

Ship. Pages, schema, agents, GBPs, redirects, CWV fixes — all on the same PHP/MVC stack we run our own portfolio on. No 6-month deliverables. First wave hits production in week three.

  4. PHASE 4

Compound. Cron-driven content, indexing automation, citation tracking and Core Web Vitals maintenance. The moat widens monthly with no incremental labour from your team.

Who runs HLDHub

  • Felipe Campos — Founder & Principal Engineer

Built the programmatic SEO stack that powers Holiday Lights Decor across NJ, MA, CT, NH, RI, NY, PA, ME, DE and FL — ten state franchises, 1,700+ indexed URLs, 95% average Semrush Site Health. Also the architect behind AminoCore Research (peptide e-commerce, six AI agents, three-language pipeline), HLLLC franchisor (corporate site + CRM bridge) and the RouterPay payments hub used by AminoCore. Reachable at [email protected].

Stack we run on (and ship)

Every brand we serve runs a subset of this stack. We choose components based on engagement scope — not because we have a relationship with a vendor.

  • Application layer

PHP 8.3 / MVC (in-house framework, ~120 KB) on nginx + PHP-FPM with OPcache + JIT. Sub-100ms TTFB at the edge. Full control over markup, schema, hreflang, canonical and pagination logic — none of the WordPress plugin tax.

  • Content generation

Claude API agents (Sonnet 4.6 for production runs, Haiku 4.5 for stubs and validation) with prompt caching. JSON-output, schema-aware, tier-gated, voice-tuned. Median per-page generation cost across the portfolio: $0.04–$0.18.

  • Edge + media

Cloudflare CDN with AVIF/WebP responsive variants, immutable static cache, edge HTML cache for marketing pages. Cloudflare Workers AI (FLUX.1 Schnell) for original imagery — every image on this site is generated, not licensed.

  • Indexing + measurement

Google Indexing API + IndexNow on a 10-minute cron. Semrush Site Audit + Position Tracking cross-referenced with GSC bulk export. Weekly citation probes across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AIO on tracked queries.
